You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:
– The item is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged
– It is not a custom-made or spiritual/ritual item

We do not accept returns for:
– Customized, opened, or consecrated products
– Items with visible wear or damage
– Requests made after 7 days

2. Return Process

2. Provide your order number, item photos, and reason for return
3. Once approved, we will send return instructions and address
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless due to defects)
5. After inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days

3. Refund Method


– Refunds are issued to the original payment method
– Discounted purchases are refunded based on actual payment amount
– Shipping fees are non-refundable for buyer-initiated returns

4. Special Notice


Items such as talismans, consecrated charms, or personalized feng shui items are not eligible for return or refund. Please confirm before purchasing.
